ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED BY UPS WITHIN USA AND CANADA. CUSTOMERS ARE ABLE TO CHOOSE DIFFERENT METHODS OF SHIPPING SUCH AS GROUND OR AIR. SHIPPING COSTS ARE AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED BY UPS SO YOU GET THE CHEAPEST SHIPPING CHARGES POSSIBLE (WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY HANDLING FEES). AN EMAIL WILL THEN BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER WHEN PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
RETURNS:
PCS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 4 MONTHS IF THEY BECOME FAULTY. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF THE PCS HAS BEEN OPENED AND MODIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN DONE TO IT.
WE WILL SEND A REPLACEMENT IF COMPONENTS BECOME FAULTY (NOT DUE TO PHYSICAL DAMAGE BY THE CUSTOMER.
IF AN ITEM HAS TO BE RETURNED, THE CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO SEND US AN EMAIL WITH CLEAR DETAILS ON WHAT DATE AND WHAT ADDRESS THE ITEM WAS PURCHASED. AN RMA NUMBER WILL THEN BE GENERATED AND SENT TO THE CUSTOMER BY EMAIL. THE ITEM NEEDS TO BE IN SAME CONDITION AS WHEN THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED IT AND MUST BE RETURNED WITH ALL ACCESSORIES AND MANUALS INCLUDING A COPY OF THE RMA EMAIL SENT BY US.
